McKelvey's newest ranch plan, the Hemingway is a split bedroom ranch featured around an open floor plan. The home opens up to a beautiful foyer, and on the right is a large dining/office space. In front  of the foyer is a a sway back staircase on the left, and a large great room in front of that. Next to the great room on the right is the breakfast room and large kitchen. Off the left of the great room is a hallway that features a coat closet, as well as a family foyer and laundry room off the garage. Continuing down the hallway you reach the owners suite, which has a large walk in closet. Down the hallway off the foyer the there is two secondary bedrooms with walk in closets. A full bathroom is located between the two bedrooms in the hallway framed by two linen closets.
