The Edisto is perhaps the perfect single story home plan that exudes traditional Charleston architecture in floorplan layout and architecture design. The large wrap-around front porch offers an inviting entrance into a beautiful home, made for today's families. All 2,049 square feet of living space in the Edisto plan is thoughtfully laid out, with the living quarters positioned opposite to the entertainment area. When walking through the front door you are greeted by a 9' entryway with the master suite nestled on one side and secondary bedrooms just across the foyer. Continuing into the living area you are greeted by a large living room and functional kitchen flooded with natural lighting from an abundance of windows. Welcome home to the Rantowles plan! From the appointed details in the craftsman exterior elevation to the symmetry of dormer windows in the Lowcountry inspired elevation, the Rantowles is a great floor plan whose exterior style can work for any family. Falling in line with the neo-traditional flow of today's homes, the Rantowles offers a spacious master suite on the main floor, an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, and versatile flex space. As you enter the foyer you are immediately greeted by two traditional home features, a formal dining room on one side and a flex/ office space on the other. A few more feet you will find yourself in the welcoming entertaining space that includes a spacious family room and a kitchen made for entertaining. Bringing this traditional home to the neo-traditional realm is the master suite on the main level. Are you looking for a single-level home with generously sized spaces? The Alexander floor plan could be just the right fit. The open concept in the main living area easily combines a spacious kitchen, dining room, and family room. A master suite provides "sized for your comfort" living with a perfectly sized master en-suite and large walk in closet that offers convenient access to the laundry room. Two additional bedrooms and a flex room, easily round out the 2,000 square feet but if you find you need more, build up your square footage with an optional second story bonus space. Alexander

The Hampton is the perfect plan for homeowners needing a lot of square footage. With the flexibility to have dual masters, the Hampton is ideal for families who need that extra space for guests or live in grandparents. This plan can be built with as many as six bedrooms, which offers endless options to accommodate the way that your family lives. A front flex room can be a study, formal living room, or guest bedroom. The Beaufort is a combination of two of our most popular home plans, the Saluda and the Hampton. While offering the functionality of convenient one-story living with a master on main, the Beaufort also allows for up to five bedrooms on the second story to accommodate even the largest of families! With an open concept living and dining room space on the first floor, the master bedroom is settled in the rear of the home allowing for the perfect retreat. Large walk-in closets, plenty of storage options, and a layout suited for many home seekers' needs, the Beaufort is able to offer something for everyone!

Beaufort

This floor plan is designed to make every square foot count. The kitchen boasts a full walk-in corner pantry as well as an island to maximize storage space. The Richland is in a class of it's own as the first J-load garage home plan in the Lowcountry home plan series. The two story Richland plan features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in 2235 square feet of living space. Allendale II

The Dillon II home plan is arguably one of our best selling homes for new families looking for convenience, practicality and great use of space under 2,000 sqft. The Dillon offers two floorplan variations, the first of which is a few square feet smaller than the Dillon II, but offers the same great layout and a unique architectural difference. All bedrooms are located on the second level on this home in addition to a spacious loft that can be used as an office, workspace, play area etc. In the Dillon II option, this loft space can be converted into a 4th bedroom if that is what your needs require. The main level of this home features an open concept where the foyer, living room, dining area, and kitchen are essentially one large room. The option of a dropped header with columns can give architectural interest and definition to this space between the family room and dining room &ndash; or keep all 3 rooms unhindered to give maximum flow from one end of your home to the other. The Master bedroom is located on the main floor of this cottage and offers a large walk-in closet and master bath with linen storage. Once you enter into the foyer of the Topsail home plan you are immediately greeted by a study/ flex space off of the entry. Making your way down the hall you are welcomed into the living area which combines the kitchen, dining and family room into one fluid entertaining space.
