This plan is a special track we chose to welcome you to the land of the pines if you’re thumbin’ your way down to North Carolina.  A shout out to the State we call home where we’re fans of both the Old Crow Medicine Show version and the Darius Rucker version of Wagon Wheel.  This plan throws it’s arms open wide from the front door to the back with full visibility on the main floor.  Thoughtfully tucked off to the side are the powder room, closet and walk in pantry.  Upstairs two secondary bedrooms are tucked up front alongside a connecting bath and loft space.  The primary suite rolls out the red carpet with a well appointed bath, large walk in closet and the best surprise of all, an upstairs balcony.
