Cordera

Cordera offers the gift of freedom, neighborly cul-de-sacs and long summer nights of laughter in the twilight. Cordera has a unique 8,000 sq. ft. community center, featuring the 5-acre grand lawn, outdoor fireplace, outdoor pool with splash zone and zero depth entry as well as the new heated outdoor lap pool.  Residents can also enjoy special events such as movies, concerts, farmers markets, neighborhood holiday parties, weddings, graduation parties, music and art classes, food and wine tasting and more. The 16-acre Wild Rumpus park, inspired by the storybook  Where the Wild Things Are  is now open, with the Fe Fi Fo Fum park set to debut in 2022. Fe Fi Fo Fum park is themed after the storybook  Jack and the Beanstalk  and will feature Cornhole, Four holes of Frisbee Golf, Tether Ball, Human Fooseball, Ladder Toss and more. Cordera is within the highly regarded Academy School District 20, with our own elementary and middle schools.
