The Villas at The Preserve

These Cottage Homes are located in the heart of The Preserve. There are 3 floorplans to choose from. The Barclay is a quaint 2 bedroom ranch with an open floor plan that features an owner's suite with a walk-in closet. The Mackenzie has a 3 bedroom layout on the main floor with an optional Bonus room and 4th Bedroom option. The Wexford is a 1.5 Story floor plan that features the Owner's suite and Laundry on the main level. There is an optional 4th bedroom/bath plan on the upper level. There are many high end custom options to choose from. The Preserve will be offering a large trail system, a variety of homesites, stocked lakes, and over 20 acres of a preserved wildlife corridor. To help preserve the native wildlife in the area, we will be introducing insect hotels, owl and bat houses, and butterfly houses to the community.
