Lowcountry Series

Are you looking for a single-level home with generously sized spaces? The Alexander floor plan could be just the right fit. The open concept in the main living area easily combines a spacious kitchen, dining room, and family room. A master suite provides "sized for your comfort" living with a perfectly sized master en-suite and large walk in closet that offers convenient access to the laundry room. Two additional bedrooms and a flex room, easily round out the 2,000 square feet but if you find you need more, build up your square footage with an optional second story bonus space. Add a private bedroom suite or keep this bonus area a lofty space for media, play or secondary family room. The possibilities are numerous!

Alexander

The Ashford&nbsp; gives you everything you want, without the stairs. Inside, all 2,084 square feet of living space is maximized giving you the best single story living option for your comfort. With all living on one level, the Ashford is thoughtfully designed keeping the retreat space separate from the living space. The living area features a large kitchen with plenty of space including a center island that overlooks the dining area. Ashford

The Ashford II gives you everything you want, without the stairs you don&rsquo;t. Inside, we&rsquo;ve used all 2,049 square feet to maximize your comfort. Follow the foyer to the open space in the main living area. The Dillon home plan is arguably one of our best selling homes for new families looking for convenience, practicality and great use of space under 2,000 sqft. The Dillon offers two floorplan variations, the first of which is a few square feet smaller than the Dillon II, but offers the same great layout and a unique architectural difference. All bedrooms are located on the second level on this home in addition to a spacious loft that can be used as an office, workspace, play area etc. In the Dillon II option, this loft space can be converted into a 4th bedroom if that is what your needs require.
