Designed for those who don't want to maintain a larger traditional backyard (you've got better things to do with your time than mow and trim), the Villas at Cobble Creek offers high-end, quality construction homes that are designed to allow you more freedom to enjoy life! Great floor plans that are functional and thought-out, the Villas Jasmine plan offers three layouts: Star (the smallest), Royal and Carolina (the largest).  Whether you need two bedrooms and an office, or a full four bedrooms, our plans are perfect for empty-nesters, retirees, singles or smaller families, the busy executive or the active lifestyle adventure seekers who don't have time to spend caring for their yards. With just enough space for Fido and perhaps a small garden, the backyard offers low maintenance sodded grass. Front yards are sodded with irrigation and professionally landscaped.  As far as caring for the exterior, you won't have to waste time with that, either! Your Hardie board (concrete siding) with stone or brick accents will hold up for years and years. We include gutters and a six foot privacy fence, too! Inside, you'll find our standard finishes are large upgrades for our competitor builders. Foam insulation and Low-E 270 windows with incredibly tight construction ensures your utility bills will be very small! In fact, we build so tightly that we have to bring exterior air in through special venting to increase oxygen levels in the home. All this, and a location that is convenient to everything!
